Semi-Automatic capping machine is compact and easy to use. We offer heavy duty motorized operated semi-automatic capping machine where operator placed bottle manually under capping head. Head rotates on its axis to tighten the cap and moves up and down continuously based on well-designed cam. Machine with spring loaded capping head or magnetic torque adjuster type capping head which holds the caps and rotates them with a standard torque applied by the head. Speed of capping head adjusted by variable frequency drive.
