Double Side Rotary Tablet Press Machine (Lodha Press I) is a mechanical equipment that compresses powders into tablets of consistent size, shape, and weight. The advantage of this Rotary Press is that since each tablet is pressed from all sides using uniform pressure, they result in good strength tablets with very less or no variation.

All contact parts and overall exterior of the machines are made of high-quality stainless steel to meet the cGMP standard. The tableting zone of the machine is totally enclosed to minimize noise emission & better working environment. It also has an AC Variable frequency drive which controls the main motor drive and turret speed. The gear system, the trace and the major friction parts are fully lubricated by the continual and concentrated lubrication devices. In order to Increase the life of turret, the electroless nickel plating is apply on turret. This also prevents the turret from rusting easily.
