LODHA LI-ST 20

The GMP model LI-ST Single Sided Rotary Tablet Press Machine is a tablet press designed for beginners or those at an introductory level. It is specifically tailored for small-scale production runs. This machine model is versatile and can be used in various applications, including pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, naphthalene, and confectionary industries.
The appropriate model can be chosen by considering the tooling and output requirements of the 16 and 20 stations using the ”D”, ”D”, and ”B/D” tooling, respectively.
The 12-station Tablet Press variant is also offered with specialized tooling and a tunnel-type track. It can accommodate tablets with a maximum diameter of 40 mm and a maximum depth of fill of 30 mm.

The base is strong and durable, making it suitable for handling heavy objects. High pressure is achieved at a high speed while minimizing vibration.
The turret is made from SG 500/7, a type of cast iron that is resistant to cracking. It has a centralized lubrication system for easy maintenance. There is an onboard ampere meter to indicate if the motor is overloaded. The machine also has a digital tablet counter. It is user-friendly, easy to clean, and allows for quick changeover and hassle-free maintenance.
A variable-speed pulley is a device that can change the speed at which a pulley rotates.
