The R&D Lab Manual Capsule Filler is a small and multipurpose model that is used to fill and seal hard gelatin capsules. The pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, veterinary, biotech, and related industries employ manual capsule filling machines. Our capsule filling machine comes in two models: the GMP model, which is entirely constructed of stainless steel (SS304/SS316), and the Standard Model, which is likewise built of stainless steel with the exception of the machine base, which is composed of a strong chrome-plated material.
This capsule filling machine is ideal for clinical research organizations and specialized laboratories looking for an affordable capsule filler for small runs. It has an hourly capacity of 6500–7000 capsules.
