The High Shear Mixer Granulator (Rapid Mixer Granulator) used for process of fast dry & wet mixing, homogenizing and granulating of the powder in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Cosmetic, Food, General Mixing Industries. Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed to achieve excellent mixing and consistent granules at lower operating cost along with higher productivity. Better mixing and closed control of granule size leads to faster tableting speeds with improved quality and least rejections.

Complete GMP Model All Contact Parts made from stainless steel 316 with Non-Contact Parts made from stainless steel 304. MS structure is fully covered with stainless steel 304 covers/claddings. All contact parts are mirror polished to 220 Grit and External surface to matt finish of 180 Grit. Homogeneous binder distribution. Short batch time and reduce cleaning time Maximize CIP effectiveness. Air purge sealing system for main stirrer shaft and granulator shaft. All internal contact parts are polished to the mirror finish.

Process Operation of Rapid Mixer Granulator:

It functions on the principle of agitation of the materials of the bowl at modest speed following with the running of specially designed cutter blade at high speeds into the wet mass. The mixing time of the processing depends on the number of ingredients and their particle size.
