Semi-Automatic Auger Powder Fillers are well suited for the filling of dry products, powders, granules, or seeds. The simple filler design allows for easy cleanup, maintenance, and rapid changeover. Each machine is based on a heavy-duty stainless-steel frame with all food grade contact parts.

Semi-automatic Auger type Powder filling machine is precision built on sturdy welded MS frame completely enclosed in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine. The auger type powder filling unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body. The Auger Filler machines utilize high-tech brushless, direct drive servomotors, and state of the art motion control electronics for auger control. The fillers accuracy is insured by its sophisticated PLC based touch screen control system.

Process Operation:

Containers have to place manually below the filling funnel at platform of machine, where motor operated auger fill desire preset volume in container. Bottle guide is provided for precisely match for centering of container below auger to avoid spillage of powder on container

Salient Features:

Filling Range from 5 Gms. to 1000 Gms. per Stroke (with the help of different Auger & Funnels). A unit to fill variety of fine and granulated powder and can be used for various type of containers. Minimum change over time of change parts Totally heavy steel structure body to avoid any vibration. The Machine can be used for any type of Dry Syrup, Granules, Crystals, Food Products, Pesticides, and Powders etc. Accurate Augur and Funnel having non-sticky Characteristic. Machine can be operated – 30 to 40 Fills per Minute with an accuracy of 2 – 3 % (depend upon quality of powder, neck dia of bottle & operator skill). All the contacting parts of the powder area are of Stainless Steel – 316. Filling dose can be adjusted electronically by adjusting time for dosing. An attachment with loose funnel for filling the Powder in Small Container.
