Electric-powered mobile pallet tilter. Extremely versatile and compact, handles more than 20 pallets per hour (maximum capacity: 1500 kg); it performs the change operation by tipping the load.

Operation:

The pallet change operation takes place by tilting and rotating the product at 180°. The machine approaches the goods and inserts two forks under the pallet. Then, the forks inserted inside the pallet lift the product from the base towards the two upper forks. The product is thus held firmly and safely. The product is rotated first at 90°, then 180°.

With the product turned around, the pallet is easily picked up by the operator, who can remove it manually and insert the final pallet; the product can then be rotated 180° again. Once these operations are completed, it is ready for use.
