Mismatic Flash

Description
The infrared (IR) and hot air cure system model FLASH is designed and manufactured to provide
an out-of-powder drying of pre-cut and made fabrics printed with both oval and carousel screen
printing machines (manual and automatic).
The cure system is equipped with four swivel wheels, which means it can be moved easily.

What does “flash system” mean?
The infrared (IR) lamps switch on instantly as soon as the screen printed garment is under the hood,
and switch off as soon as the drying time, set on the timer by the operator, is reached. That is, unlike
the dryers, the lamps are not on all the time, but turn on only when necessary.
The flash system saves a lot of energy and money.

A super-fast cure system!
Countless tests have shown that the hood is able to provide out-of-powder drying within seconds
with both water-based and plastic (Plastisol) inks.
This means that the hood is not only extremely fast, but that you do not need to install aluminium
printing tables on your machines.
In fact, due to the short exposure of the tables to infrared radiation, they do not have time to overheat
and get damaged and, therefore, normal wooden printing tables can be used.
